Warranty Policy

At Eyewearoption, we believe that every pair of glasses should deliver not only excellent quality but also comfort and style. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality eyewear, and all of our products go through rigorous quality control and testing. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 1-year product warranty on all eyewear purchases.

1-Year Product Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt for all eyewear products against defects in materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your eyewear has a defect, please contact us at info@EyewearOption.com with the following information:

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • A description of the defect or issue

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Repair or replace the defective eyewear, or
  • Issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

Important Notes

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Unfortunately, without this, we cannot offer warranty service.
  • Product Testing: All warranty claims are thoroughly tested in-house to ensure the product functions properly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will investigate any issues to determine the root cause. However, we often find that some customers may experience FWAPTU (Frustration with a product that’s unfamiliar). If you’re having trouble with your eyewear, please review the instruction manual or reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  • Fully Functional Products: If we determine that a returned product is fully functional after testing, it will be returned to you.

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Negligence
  • Misuse
  • Third-party accessories or devices

If a defect arises and a valid claim is made within the 1-year warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • (i) Repair the eyewear with new or refurbished parts
  • (ii) Replace the eyewear with a new or refurbished pair
  • (iii) Refund the purchase price of the defective eyewear

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, or improper use.
  • Replacement or cost of any electrical device used in conjunction with our eyewear.
