Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

• Please email your order number and a photo of the item in its original state to info@Eyewearoption.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.
• Returned items must be sent back to the specified address. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (such as credit card, debit card, or other payment methods). Please note that cash-on-delivery (COD) charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
